This camera seams to be updated every 5 minutes (visit link)
Unfortunately the Webcam is now a lot further away from the square, so capturing ones picture in it is a disappointingly small. While it appears all pictures taken on the hour are achived for 24hours and can be down loaded later these appear not to be available any more.
