EN: This marker at a restaurant in Diegten shows the peak of the flood of Diegterbach of 22 June 1926.
The mark is placed approximately 1.3 meters above street level. The Diegterbach is located west of the road, at this point about 2 meters below street level. The flood of 1926 was one of the three most serious ones since 1800. It affected the areas of the river Frenke and its tributaries, which also includes the Diegterbach.

Die Markierung ist etwa 1.3 Meter über dem Strassenniveau angebracht. Der Diegterbach befindet sich westlich der Strasse, an dieser Stelle etwa 2 Meter unter dem Strassenniveau. Das Hochwasser von 1926 war eines der drei schwersten seit 1800. Es betraf den Fluss Frenke und seine Zuflüsse, zu dem auch der Diegterbach gehört.
