Visitors can access Wawel Cathedral's Silver Bells tower without charge. There are four bells...each with their own historical sign in Polish and English.
The English portion for this bell reads:

"Bell 'Urban'
a.k.a. Konarski Polzygmuncie

Founded ca. 1364 by the King Casimir III the Great as a votive offering
of gratitude for the pope Urban V for his permission to establish
the Cracow University.
Originally used to hang in a church in Niepolmice.
Ca. 1450 Cardinal Olesnicki moved the bell to the Cathedral. For centuries
'Urban' had been the most frequently used bell of the Wawel Cathedral.
It broke and was reforged three times for the last time in 1757.
In its present form the bell's body weighs 3000 kg (6600 lbs.)."
