The church Madonna della Neve (Our Lady of the Snow) is in the south of the historic center of Domodossola.

The church was built in the first half of the 17th century by Bernardino Lazzaro. It was built on the location of a smaller church that had been damaged by various floods of the nearby river, over the years so much debris had accumulated around the building that you had to descend twelve steps to enter.

The church contains many valuable historic pieces. The mural of the Madonna and Child is a remain of the predecessing building, it dates from 1372. The altarpiece was created by Francesco Tati in 1516, a surrounding extension of it is from 1632 by Tiberino Arona.

The bell tower is from the 16th century. The fist bell was mounted in 1596 nad is still in service today, together with two other ones that were added later.
