This time capsule is located inside the monument, a sculpture of independence precursor Antonio Nariño, and located in plaza de la independencia, in Zipaquirá. It was placed by the city hall.

The plaque reads:

Reposa en el seno de este monumento, la
"Urna del Bicentenario"
registro histórico de nuestra Gran Ciudad de Zipaquirá,
en la commemoración de los 200 años de haber sido
encendida la fulgurante llama de la Libertad.
Deberá ser abierta el 20 julio de 2110.
