It's not a large airport but it's spacious and there are a few places to relax. If it's a nice day and you want to get a cache at the time of posting there is one just a 10 minute walk away.
Most of the flights from RIA are to other destinations in Western Canada like Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver, but you may also be here waiting for a flight to Ottawa, Toronto or regional centres in Saskatchewan. Internationally, direct flights are to sun destinations during the winter and you can get to Minneapolis and Las Vegas anytime.
There are a few fast food restaurants (Tim Hortons, Booster Juice, Subway), a bunch of car dealerships and a tourist information kiosk.
