Drijver's tennis club (DTC) was founded in 1951 and quite successful in the 50s. Because the club grew from 150 members in 1961 to 250 members in 1966 a new club house and changing rooms were built. At that time there were 5 courts. In 1976 the club had no less than 400 members. In 1981 a 6th court was realised and in 1986 all courts received lighting. In 2006 some ground was sold to the municipality but also some ground was purchased. So could the court count grow to 7. All courts are all-weather because they have a ProVision foundation. In 2011 a new club house was built together with a large terrace.
The club's magazine is called 'De Grip'.
