The Koppentraun part of the Salzkammergutbahn is very difficulty to maintain because of the narrow river gorge and occasionaly happen landslides and stone avalanches. The track cross here the river and continues in the "Sarsteintunnel".
The Bridge is contructed of steel with stone and concrete foundation.
