This little spring house at the head of Bowman Creek has seen better days, as have the nearby barn and cabin. It's located out in the woods, NW of the small town of Goldendale at the ruins of what appears to have been a small farm. The spring house would have been to prevent the grazing cattle from dirtying the water at the head of the creek, next to the cabin. The area is still used to graze cattle.
To reach the area, go to N45 56.502 W120 54.958. You'll see an old historical marker telling of a murder that happened at the site of the spring house. Follow the dirt road for about 4 miles. The spring house is in front of the old cabin.
