La petite fontaine, baptisée "les Droits de l'enfant", est constituée d'une boule de granit poli de 1,5 tonnes soutenue par un film d'eau sous pression. Par une simple impulsion du doigt, on peut faire tourner cette boule sur elle-même.
The fountain, called "Children's Rights", consists of a polished granite ball 1.5 tons supported by a pressurized water film. By a simple push of the finger, this ball can be rotated on itself.
