The monument to the first centenary of the New Reform is located in Andorra la Vella’s old quarter in front of the Casa de la Vall, the former headquarters of the ‘Consell General’ (Parliament of Andorra).

The sculpture called "La Morisca" shows a couple of dancers performing the traditional Andorran “contrapàs” in homage to the first centenary of the New Reform which took place in 1866, involving the reorganisation of the Consell General and giving all male heads of houses the right to vote and stand for election.

The inscription on the base reads:
"Centenari De La Nova Reforma
1866 - 1966"
