"Isaiah 62:4-5 King James Version (KJV)

4 Thou shalt no more be termed Forsaken; neither shall thy land any more be termed Desolate: but thou shalt be called Hephzibah, and thy land Beulah: for the Lord delighteth in thee, and thy land shall be married.

5 For as a young man marrieth a virgin, so shall thy sons marry thee: and as the bridegroom rejoiceth over the bride, so shall thy God rejoice over thee." (from (visit link) )

"The town of Mace's Hole was settled in 1862. The town was named for Juan Maes, anglicized to "Mace," a bandit who used the valley for a hideout. The Mace's Hole Post Office opened on April 23, 1873. A local preacher took umbrage at the town's name and suggested the biblical name Beulah as a more wholesome alternative. The name of the town was changed to Beulah on October 25, 1876. The name is a reference to Isaiah 62:4; it comes from the Hebrew for "married."" (from (visit link) )

Along with the Beulah welcome sign a the above coordinates, there are historic markers at N38° 05.534, W104° 55.177 that explain the town's history. I have also uploaded those markers for your enjoyment.
