In Hezingen is an information panel with the story of two arms drops, which took place in the vicinity of the hamlet in October 1944.
The preparation of these droppings was owned by a British-trained commando team called Jedburgh. They were in the last part of the Second World War, active in the region.
Jedburgh supported the local resistance by using weapons and military instructions.
