Neo-Gothic castle Sychrov used to be a residence of Rohans, originally French family. Castle interiors are furnished by original furniture, paintings and other things, most of rooms are also remarkable for rich wooden decoration. The castle is opened to the public in a wide range, so visitors can have a perfect idea of rich aristocracy family life at their country seat, where they lived during the second half of the 19th century.
