The Mission to Seafarers Victoria has been at its current location at 717 Flinders street since 1917, offering refuge to isolated sailors when they are berthed at the Yarra River in Melbourne.
The Mission has been operating in Melbourne since 1857, and still offers comfort to sailors. And things have changed and improved - now seafarers can even get internet access at this location!

The nautical-themed weathervane above the building, depicting a 3-mast ship, is now almost 100 years old.
