Eagle Beach is the best beach on the island, according to reviews from Trip Advisor, the locals whom I asked and my opinion as well.

Luckily we stayed at a resort nearby and was able to return here everyday of our trip. We only got to visit a few times and spend any time here, but what we did was great.

They have safety buoys out a little ways from the beach shore, I swam out to them and back a few times.

Nice fine sand that never seemed to get too hot like some beaches I have been at.

You can wade out but the bottom drops off fairly quickly, so soon you are in deep water as you head out from the shoreline.

We asked several of the locals about which is the best beach and they all say that Eagle is the best.

There is plenty of parking along the beach and no meters.

We were there right before Easter, and apparently they have a tradition of allowing the locals to bring small houses and tents and set up on the beach during this week. Some of the houses were pretty cool, some even joined together to make a nice community, there was one group that had a cooking house, an entertainment house, a relaxing house, a sleeping house etc.

While there is no specific main entrance, the coordinates I choose also coordinated with the divi trees that the island uses in ads to market the island. Although every time we stopped by to take a picture, there was always somewhere there using it as a cabana.
It is also near a major intersection where cars come directly at the entrance to the beach.

This is a nice long beach and it is open to the public all along it. There are a few restaurants and sections with cabanas that belong to the resort behind the beach, but they only lay claim to the cabanas and chairs etc. themselves. You can rent the cabana's and chairs etc from different resorts, and if you are staying at one of the resorts you can get them for free, but you have to get there way early, and they monitor them as well, so if you are gone more than 2 hours they pull your things off of it.

There was no lifeguards I saw anywhere along the beach, although I didn't walk the whole beach though.

This section of the island is called the low-rise condo area, further West at the other beaches is the high-rise section of condos.

There are buses that run up and down the road by the beach, so it is easily accessible for people that live or are staying on other parts of Aruba.

The water is clear and pretty blue, and fairly calm year round due to being on the southside of the island itself.

Part of the ABC islands, Aruba is 'A' of course and they have never had a hurricane hit them since they are out of the loop that the hurricanes normally travel.
