Ursprünglich bildeten Kirche, Karner und Pfarrhaus eine wehrhafte Baugruppe unterhalb der Burg.
Das spätromanische Langhaus mit seinem niedrigen Seitenschiff stammt aus dem 13. Jahrhundert; an das Langhaus schließt der hochgotische Chorbau an.
Von 1740 bis 1754 wurde die Kirche barockisiert.

Parish Church of St. Vitus
Originally formed church and a fortified assembly below the castle. The late Romanesque nave with its low aisle dates from the 13th century; in the nave joins the High Gothic chancel. From 1740 to 1754 was depicted church rebuilt to Baroque style.
