This Bailey Bridge was supposed to be a temporary replacement for a bridge that was washed away by a hurricane. Years later, it is still in place, the government of Bermuda apparently not thinking the bridge gets enough traffic to justify replacing it completely. The government keeps the deck in good repair, but can't spare a can of paint for this bridge.
