This graffiti painting appears to have been applied over some previous graffiti on a fence. It may not be too permanent, but such is the nature of graffiti - always under threat of extinction or elimination.
The figures are about five-feet high and depict various jungle animals - water buffalo, elephant, giraffe, rhino, etc. It is done in a monochrome shade, giving it somewhat the appearance of a charcoal drawing.
