Friendly staff make sure that all the "I's are dotted, and the T's crossed" before proceeding. A glass of juice, or bottle of water is given while waiting to be interviewed.
Comfortable lounge chairs relax the donor while the giving is going on.
Then a milkshake of whatever flavour you desire (almost) is offered, along with a piece of fruitcake or biscuits before leaving.
