At the bridge 'Gaisburger Brücke' in Stuttgart, Germany, Baden-Württemberg exists a memorial plaque for the murderer of two Police Officers in 1989.

The two Police Officers Peter Quast and Harald Poppe have been killed while they tried to arrest Frederic Otomo. He killed them with a big knife. Another Police Officer had been heavely injured. Frederic Otomo has been shooted - he also died.
