"Byla vystavena na pozemku, který v roce 1645 koupil od vdovy predchozího majitele Mateje Velvarského Pavel Beránek, malostranský meštan. Ten prikoupil pole a vedle lisu dal postavit dum o dvou svetnicích a ovcín. K vinici v té dobe náleželo nekolik zoraných polí, takže usedlost už byla spíše hospodárská než vinicní. V 18. století získala usedlost ráz rane klasicistní. V tomto stylu je dodnes zachované jádro. Celkove byla zrekonstruována ve 20. letech 20. století a od roku 1958 je památkove chránena."

The estate was built on land purchased in 1645 from the widow of the previous owner Matej of Velvary by Pavel Beránek, Lesser Town townsman. He bought a field next to the press house was built two huts and a sheepfold. In the 18th century recieved the manor early classical character. In this style is still preserved the core of the manor. Overall, itwas renovated in the 20s of the 20th century, and since 1958 is a protected site
