Entering Plains from the east, this is the first business one will encounter on the north side of Highway 200, and certainly the first ice cream parlour.

For catching tourists in the summer, this parlor is well situated, being on the edge of town and beside a shady little roadside park. Their sign tells us that they offer milk shakes, fruit smoothies, ice cream and yogurt. Most everyone who has tried their ice cream, which is made in Montana, thinks it ranges from GREAT to SCRUMPTIOUS.
We visited early in the year and early in the day so they weren't yet open when we stopped, unfortunately. Winter opening hours are different than summer hours.
