The Old Warren County Courthouse was built in 1858. In 1907, a stout hand-finished textured concrete block wall (Blasterz suspect it was more retaining wall than decorative wall) was constructed around the courthouse grounds.
A builders medallion on the east side entrance to the courthouse reads as follows:
