This is not a beautifully executed mural but it has its impact. It carries a strong political message, a revolt against the power of Communist and Capitalism over the People. It shows soldiers, probably representing the brute force, with helmets marked with a symbol which pretends to be a mix of Communism and Capitalist signs.
It's a huge mural taking a whole back facade of a building. It's normal paint on plaster. Ironically the street name is John Paul II, the Polish Pope.
