Vilnius center is located in a valley, surrounded by hills, therefore with plenty of nice observation spots. Some are not so easy to reach. But this one has a nice asphalt road leading directly there.
Once on the spot, the orientation table can be used to understand the skyline of Vilnius, although the table is a bit vandalized. The text is both in Lithuanian and in English.
