The monument has two plates. In the upper one, it's written:

"The one, who doesn't know the history and tradition of his ancestors, does not deserve to were his own uniform."

The lower one:

"The monument is dedicated for officers of government police in the years 1918-1939, civil police in the years 1945-1989, police after the year 1990 - that died on duty while protecting the security of people and being responsible for the security and public order maintaining."

The monument is painted in dark yellow and obviously properly maintained. It is surrounded by a brick wall with plates containing the names of the fallen.
