This track is in the Garingal National Park. It is about 1.8 km round trip and has an overlook of Bantry Bay and drops down to a natural Rock Bridge.

Leaving from Frenchs Forest, this track is relatively level until the overlook. It then drops down relatively steeply. There is a natural rock bridge made of Hawkesbury Sandstone.
You can either climb back up the other side and explore that side or turn around and head back the way you came in.
