Cernohorské rašelinište se nachází v sedle mezi Cernou a Svetlou horou asi jeden kilometr od lanovky jezdící z Janských Lázní. Rozkládá se na ploše 72,04 hektaru a je nejvetším vrchovištním rašeliništem Krkonošského národního parku. Vyskytují se zde mnohé druhy rostlin (rašeliníky, ostrice chudokvetá a mokradní, suchopýr pochvatý, suchopýr trsnatý rakouský, aj.) a živocichu (chrostíci, drobní strevlíci, ješterka živorodá, tetrívek obecný).
Rašelinište je podle odborníku staré neuveritelných 6 tisíc let, rašelina dosahuje maximální hloubky 2,5 metru, pricemž její celkový obsah ciní 420 000 metru krychlových. Tuto výjimecnou lokalitu Krkonoš lze navštívit díky naucné stezce.
Das Schwarzenberger Hochmoor breitet sich nur einen Kilometer von der Bergstation der Seilbahn aus Janské Lázne auf dem behäbigen Sattel zwischen dem Schwarzem Berg (Cerná hora) und dem Forstberg (Svetlá hora) aus. Mit seinen 72,04 Hektar ist es das größte Hochmoor im ganzen Riesengebirgsnationalpark. Hier kommen viele seltene Pflanzenarten (Torfmoose, Wenigblütige Segge und Sumpf-Segge, Scheidiges Wollgras, Rohr-Glanzgras /Baldingera arundinacea) u.a.m. sowie zahlreiche Tierarten vor (Pelzflügler, kleine Laufkäferarten, Waldeidechsen, Birkhahn).
Das Hochmoor hat Experten zufolge ein unwahrscheinliches Alter von 6 000 Jahren, an manchen Stellen ist es 2,5 Meter tief und seine Gesamtfläche beträgt 420 000 Quadratmeter. Diese außergewöhnliche Lokalität des Riesengebirges ist durch einen Lehrpfad erschlossen.
The Cernohorske peat bogs lie in a mountain pass between the Cerna hora and Svetla hora mountains, approx. 1 km from the cable car line from Janske Lazne to Cerna hora. As the greatest upland peat bogs of the Krkonossky National Park, they cover an area of 72 hectares. It is a site where many rare plants and animals occur, namely peat mosses, the Fewflower sedge, Mud sedge, Sheathed cottonsedge, Tufted bulrush, Caddis flies, Ground beetles, Viviparous lizard and the Black grouse.
According to experts, these bogs are 6 thousand years old, and the peat layer is up to 2.5 m deep, making a volume of 420 thousand cu. m. This unique site in the Krkonose Mountains can be accessed via an educational trail.
