Billy Jones ran his original railroad in his orchard beginning in 1943. After his death in 1968, a non profit group was formed to save the railroad. It was purchased and moved to Oak Meadow Park where it has run since 1970.
The "2 Spot" steam engine, built in 1905 is the main engine typically pictured with this railway. It has since been joined by custom built diesel engines 2502 and 3502. Most of the resoration work is done in the shed on site.
