This is one of two broken column headstones in the historic cemetery in the historic town of Philipsburg. The cemetery is immediately north of the town on Pearl Street.

Kathryn A. Featherman was the wife of H. A. Featherman of Philipsburg. She passed away in 1907 at the young age of 31 years.
The Feathermans apparently had a farm near Philipsburg. H.A. was a Road Supervisor for some years and later, several years after Kathryn's death, became a cashier in a Philipsburg bank.
