Arcibiskupský knežský seminár Olomouc (Archbishop's Seminary Olomouc) is the main institution for higher practical education of future Roman Catholic priests in one of two provinces (Moravian) of Roman Catholic Church in the Czech Republic.

Archbishop's Seminary is an institution of secondary and post-secondary education for educating students in theology, generally to prepare them for ordination as clergy or for other ministry. The Seminary is aministered by Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Olomouc.

History of the Seminary architectonic complex:
The Seminary occupies reconstructed and extended complex of former medieval Dominican covent in Olomouc. The Dominicans settled in Olomouc around 1240 at the older chapel of St. Michael. After 1348, the Gothic monastery became a meeting place of provincial assemblies and courts. The monastery was used for this purpose until 1641, when the plenary assemblies and courts were moved to Brno during the Thirty Years’ War. In 1493 the main order study for Czech Dominican province was established in the monastery. The monastery was extended and rebuilt in the Baroque style after the city fire in 1709. The monastery was abolished by Emperor Joseph II’s reforms (1784) and part of the monastery was used by the newly established parish. The majority of convent buildings was used by newly estabilished seminary (1790). During the years 1835-1842, the "Marianum" was built from the monastic buildings; it was elevated by a further storey and highlighted with a colonnaded portico on the front. During the years 1910-1911, the neo-Baroque "Salesianum" was built to a design by Jaroslav Kovar Senior, and in the years 1930-1931 the last part of the large seminary "Leopoldinum" too. The Gothic cloister and chapel of St. Alexis built in 1380 have been preserved from the original monastery.
