In pictoresque Oparno Valley (Oparenské údolí), amidst hills of Central Bohemian Uplands, you can find perfectly restored historic Cernohorský Mlýn (Cernohorský Mill) - nowadays restaurant and pension.
The mill on Oparno creek, with history longer than 400 years, was fully functional until the half of the 19th century, when was (...jointly with early development of tourism) converted into pub with accomodation and dance floor. After fast changing of owners, in the end of the 20th century, mill was nearly to delapidation. Fortunately, the last owner mill completely reconstructed in 2008, including the water wheel.
