Although the poster of this Waymark researched the four radio stations at the Danube Tower.... call letters could not be found. In fact, the featured radio station Orange 94 was originally Orange Austria..but had to change its name for some legal reason. The station actually started as Free Radio Wien.
Wikipedia's article for the Tower (

Despite its similarity to TV towers elsewhere, it has not been used for TV broadcasting. The major TV transmitter for the Vienna area is situated on Kahlenberg hill (see image at top).

"Orange 94.0 is a free radio stations from Vienna . The non-commercial local radio is since 17 August 1998 on the air.
The program of Orange 94.0 is produced by around 500 volunteers who care for approximately 200 projects and programs in some 15 languages. Orange 94.0 is a member of the Association of Free Radios Austria (VFRÖ)...
The foundation phase of Radio Orange goes to the early 1990s and then founded the "Society for the promotion and support of local free non-commercial radio projects" (in short: Club Free Radio Wien) back. At this time, from the late 1980s, there was in Vienna and elsewhere in Austria a lively pirate radio scene. The was because at that time the ORF monopoly for radio broadcasting in Austria had. These activities and their political and legal commitment led to the broadcasting monopoly by a judgment of the European Court of Justice on 24 November was brought down in 1993.
The association Freies Radio Wien tried in sequence to the legal establishment of a free radio stations in Vienna, which was achieved only after the implementation of the judgment and the award of a local radio license after five years. On 17 August 1998 went the Free Radio Orange 94.0 in Vienna for the first time on the air.
Name
The station was originally "Free Radio Wien" hot, but this led to a legal conflict with the ORF of the program in Vienna Vienna Radio operates. From this necessity of meaningless but concise name "Orange" is selected. To avoid falling into legal conflict with the mobile operator Orange Austria to fall, but the name can only be used in the radio context (ie about "Radio Orange" or "Orange 94.0")."
