Areál pevných kontrol pro orientacní beh umožnuje široké verejnosti vyzkoušet si tento sport, jehož sloganem jsou slova Dobrodružství v prírode. V lesích kolem Sobešic je umísteno 14 kontrolních stanovišt v podobe dreveného kulu s cervenobílým ctvercem a kleštemi. Každý zájemce se muže lesem projít nebo probehnout se speciální mapou pro orientacní beh v merítku 1:10 000 a vyzkoušet si tak orientacní beh na vlastní kuži. Mapy jsou k dostání ve sportovní hale Rosnicka nebo v hale TJ Tesla Brno.

Permanent Orienteering Course in Brno-Sobešice allows the general public to try this sport, whose slogan is the word "adventure". In the woods around Sobešice there are placed 14 checkpoints in the form of a wooden pole with a red square and pliers. Everybody can walk or run through the woods with a special orienteering map at a scale of 1:10 000 and try and orienteering on their own.
