The headstone of Karel Fialkowski (1897-1923) couldn't be more obvious: there is a huge and real propeller on the top of the grave stone. Who knows, perhaps the propeller of the airplane where this young Polish man died (notice he diet at age 1926? Being a pilot there are some chances he died in a airplane crash).

His tomb can be find in a quiet sector of the main cemetery of Warsaw.
