EM: "Mansion was built by Prince Jan Josef I. of Liechtenštejna . The building was prepared by the Viennese architect Josef Kornhäusel . The building itself was built between 1814 - 1816 . At the beginning chateau served for accommodation gamekeeper , also set off from here nobility in the occasional hunting of birds and fish. Later the prince was staying with the family gardener. Once was in 1922 in Lednice based Hydrobiological Station universities in Brno, provided mansion Prince John II. of Liechtenštejna for school. The premises of the building was placed hydrobiological station. Her work here was completed in 1971 and in December of the same year, the castle was handed over to the Faculty of Forestry University of Agriculture in Brno, which are placed Ornithology exposure waterfowl, that there was in the year 2001 . "The classicist building, that has the size of a villa, was erected from 1814 to 1816 by Josef Kornhäusel on the ridge of the slope above the Middle Pond on the right of the Bezruc Alley when travelling from Valtice. The floor plan is rectangular and includes a forward-oriened buttress, which is rounded off with a tympanum – a low triangular shield, which features a lyre and flower garlands.
The castle (mansion) is adorned with abundant sculpturesque decoration with oval ornaments. From the balcony on the first floor there is a beautiful view of the pond, the surrounding countryside and the nearby Temple of Three Graces.
Today the mansion is owned by te Mendel University of Argiculture and Forestry in Brno."

CZ: "Klasicistní stavbu vilových proporcí postavil v letech 1814-1816 Josef Kornhäusel na hrane svahu nad Prostredním rybníkem, po pravé strane Bezrucovy aleje ve smeru od Valtic. Jedná se o stavbu obdélníkového pudorysu s predsunutým rizalitem, který je ukoncen tympanonem - nízkým trojúhelníkovým štítem, v nemž je položena lyra a kvetinové girlandy.
Zámecek je zdoben bohatou plastickou výzdobou s motivem vejcovce. Z balkonu v prvním podlaží je krásný výhled na rybník, okolní prírodu a nedaleký salet Chrám Trí Grácií.
Dnes je zámecek ve vlastnictví Mendlovy zemedelské a lesnické univerzity v Brne."
