We can find this 3d model in the Palácio Marqueses da Praia e Monforte located in Loures Central Park.
A delegation of the city hall function there and the model is exposed just at the building entrance. Nothing more than saying hello to the security personel is needed to access the model.
It has a monitor were some features can be turned on like lights and so (the monitor was tuned off just one hour ago).
