This huge store boasts of having 10,000 pounds of candy and nuts on display.
Salt Water Taffy is apparently their specialty.

"YUMMIES opened in 1986 on the coast of scenic Maine. Our goal was to create a fun store that offered as many of the old time candy favorites as we could find. The result is a store that has so many different products packed from the floor to ceiling with over 10,000 pounds of candy and nuts We hand pack the products in individual packages so you don't have to buy a lifetime supply. Over the years, we have served hundreds of thousands of happy customers who are awed by the huge displays and unusual items."

The store features many candies that were more popular forty years or so ago...like Mary Janes...but, of course, all the more usual fare is also offered.
