This plaque was originaly place in a gazebo, which was offered by Joaquim Duarte Moleano and his wife, honoring the life of their son, who died in the Vietnam War.
The plaque reads:
«Este corete foi oferecido por Joaquim Duarte Moleano e sua esposa pela vida de seu filho que andou na guerra do Vietnam. 8-8-1969»
The gazebo was demolished in 2001, and another plaque was placed in the chapel's façade.
