A large wooden picture frame, with floral scrollwork carved around the edges, the frame was carved by Mark Holds in 2012. The location is inscribed in Welsh & English into the lower front edge of the frame, 'Parc Bute Park'
It frames a view of the Bardic Stone Circle, The stones are a ceremonial feature for The National Eisteddfod.
Few cities have such a spacious green area in the heart of their city. An internationally significant grade-1 listed historic landscape, Bute Park is on Cadw’s Register of Landscapes.
Entry into the park is free, and is open Dawn to Dusk, Daily.
