World War II memorial located on the campus of the University of Delaware.

The memorial is has a inscribed plaque with a relief of an eagle with spread wings. The plaque lists 66 names and class years of University former students who died in World War II. The plaque is mounted on a rough cut stone boulder. It is inscribe:

UNIVERSITY OF DELAWARE
WHO DIED IN THE SERVICE OF THEIR COUNTRY
DURING WORLD WAR II

The memorial is located along The Green in front of Mitchell Hall. The Green is a tree lined area with walkways leading to various classrooms and dormitories.
