CZ: František Xaver Partsch, také Parc nebo Bartsch (30. ledna 1760, Duchcov – 6. dubna 1822, Praha), byl ceský hudební skladatel.
Rodák z Duchcova, kde byl jeho otec kantorem, varhaníkem a reditelem kuru. Jeho hudební i pevecké vlohy se projevovaly již v detství, na doporucení hrabete z Valdštejna studoval na jezuitském gymnáziu v Jihlave, v Praze pak pokracoval ve studiích filosofie a práv; zároven brzy vynikl jako skvelý tenorista, pianista, varhaník a skladatel. Hudbe ucil u knížete Auersperga, od roku 1795 rídil operu v malostranském Spenglerove divadle a od roku 1807 zastával prestižní funkci reditele kuru v Týnském chrámu. Pohyboval se v ceské vlastenecké spolecnosti. Vedl zde vzorný orchestr a krome svých povinností se venoval rozsáhlé skladatelské cinnosti: vedle offertorií, kantát, gradualií, latinských motet a árií složil ctyri velké kostelní mše. Velmi úspešné byly jeho písne a kvarteta.

A native of Duchcov, where his father was a cantor, organist and choirmaster. His musical and vocal talents were manifested in childhood, on the recommendation of the Count of Waldstein studied at the Jesuit gymnasium in Jihlava, in Prague, then went on to study philosophy and law, while soon distinguished himself as a great tenor singer, pianist, organist and composer. Music taught at Prince Auersperg, 1795 directed the opera in the Lesser Spengler theater and since 1807 has held the prestigious choir director at the Tyn church. He moved to the Czech patriotic society. He led an exemplary orchestra here, and in addition to his duties he devoted himself to composing large: in addition to the Offertory, cantatas, Gradualia, Latin motets and arias composed four large church mass. Very successful were his songs and quartets.
