[de]Im Turm des Mahnmals St. Nikolai in der Hamburger Neustadt befindet sich ein Glockenspiel aus 51 Glocken, das im Juni 1993 eingeweit wurde. Die 51 Glocken wurden in Asten in den Niederlanden gegossen und wiegen zusammen ca. 13 Tonnen.

Täglich um 9, 12, 15 und 18 gibt es ein kleines elektronisches Glockenspiel, während Donnerstags um 12 Uhr und in den Sommermonaten Samstag um 17 Uhr der Glockenspieler aus einer gläsernen Kanzel unterhalb des Glockenspiels manuell ein halbstündiges Musikstück spielt.

[en]In the tower of the St. Nikolai memorial, there is a carillon consisting of 51 bells, that was established in june 1993. The bells were cast in Asten in the Netherlands and weight over 13 tons.

Each day at 9am, noon, 3pm and 6pm, there is an electronically played music piece, while on Thursdays at noon and 5pm on saturdays (only in summer) there are 30-minutes long concerts played by a human in a glass-recess below the carillon.
