This fountain is located in the plaza by the post office at STÄDTLE 38, 9490 in Vaduz.

This unusual fountain at first looks like a mere abstract sculpture. But as one explores the sculpture, one discovers that water spouts in between the metal plates into a basin which is about 6 inches below street level.
Unfortunately there is no sign at the site indicating the artist, title or date.
