This is one of two clocks in Pattaya, Thailand, dedicated by the Lions Club. Lions Club International District 310 C took the lead in the project and the clock tower was dedicated on July 18, 2009, with the mayor of Pattaya presiding.

The tower rises to a height of 83 meters, with a base of 8 meters. Each of the four clock faces measure 1.8 meters. There are Lions symbols and logos on two sides.

The following article excerpt is from the Pattaya People Weekl

Telling the time will be much easier in the Bali Hai area because during the morning of the 18th July, the official opening of the Lions Clock Tower was celebrated with many invited VIP guests attending, including many members from the Lions International Clubs of the Eastern Seaboard: Pattaya, Pratamnak, Naklua and Taksin. The event was organised by City Hall and presided over by Pattaya Mayor Ittipol Khunplome.

Three years ago the Lions Club 310C hosted the 40th Conference of Lions International in Pattaya and to commemorate the occasion it was decide to construct two clock towers in Pattaya; one at Lan Po Naklua Park and the other at Bali Hai pier. The City Hall councilors approved the project and supported the budget (a total of 3 million baht). The Lions Clock Tower at the Bali Hai pier is made of reinforced concrete, 23 meters high, and the foundation is 8 meters wide. On top of the tower the clocks have been installed on 4 sides, and each clock has a diameter of 1.80 meters. <[ p> Surrounding the tower is an area for the general public to relax and enjoy the view over Pattaya Bay making this new addition to become a distinct landmark for Pattaya.
