Vatican City - SCV-00120 - Vatican City State - European Post Offices on Waymarking.com

Although it's based on a truck trailer, it doesn't look like it's going anywhere. It's solidly fenced all around and being the only public post office in the "country" it's not likely the authorities will move out the mobile office. And it's popular. Always packed with people eager to send out something with the Vatican post stamp.
