rícenina hradu, zvaného též Litavský hrad, postaveného zrejme pocátkem 14. století. Puvodní hrad znicen Matušem Cákem Trencanským, obnoven po polovine 15. století. Za T. Baóci byl po roce 1511 rozšíren, znovu r. 1556 za P. Pálffyho. V dobe tureckého ohrožení v l. 1572-74 modernizace opevnení. Roku 1812 dal F. Koháry nepotrebný hrad zapálit a od té doby je rozsáhlý a neprístupný hrad pustý.

Ruin, also called Litavský castle, probably built in the early 14th century. The original castle was destroyed by Matus Cak Trencanský, restored after half of the 15th century. For T. Baóci was enlarget in 1511, expanded again in 1556 for P. Palffy. At the time of the Turkish threat in the years 1572-1574 there was a modernization offortifications. In 1812 let F. Koháry unnecessary castle burned down and since then a large and inaccessible castle is deserted.
