Libín is a 1,096 m high mountain, located approximately 4 km from the town of Prachatice. It is the highest summit of Šumavské podhurí, a geological subunit of the Prachatice Heights.

The Rope Park Libín nearby, established in the former diorite quarry, offers extraordinary adrenalin experiences. With its area of 1 hectare, the adrenaline park ranks among the biggest parks of its kind in the central Europe.
