Die Ilmbrücke Buchfart steht im Register der Thüringer Baudenkmäler.
Die denkmalgeschützte Brücke hat eine Länge von 43 Metern, eine Breite von drei Metern und die Durchfahrtshöhe beträgt 3,05 Meter. Die Brücke ist noch immer dem Verkehr gewidmet - sie gehört als Brückenbauwerk zur Bundesstraße 87. Neben der Brücke befindet sich eine denkmalgeschützte Wassermühle. Das Ensemble zählt zu den beliebtesten Fotomotiven des "Weimarer Landes".
The covered bridge in Buchfart is in monument protection. Even today it is dedicated as "B 87" motorway and is abou 400 years old.
